Recently, we were working with another client, and they are doing REALLY well both in revenue and profitability. They’d grown by just short of 50% in the last twelve months.
Truth: They haven’t scratched the surface. Because then we talked about really ‘scaling’ what they are doing.
We discussed a way to take all the Founder’s IP, training materials, and how to package them up so he’s not having to do any of it himself.
Think of it like McDonald’s or Disney University. Croc and Disney don’t do that training themselves (of course) - and yet many of us invest in their leadership training, or service training, or what have you.
WHY? Because their system is bigger. It’s a ‘brand’ and that brand has potential to be licensed, replicated, and shared.
So we went on to lay out the next level strategies of where his business is going, to increase their market value because they want to go public.
It centered around the basics like growing revenue and profits exponentially, but It also centered around the key triggers larger investor type of companies look for (like membership, IP, unique systems and processes, etc)…
You should have seen how he lit up realizing although he had come a long way in his business journey…
And he was experiencing more financial control than ever before…And he is free from the traditional day to day of the business…
